Management will do their utmost to not allow activities, for which they are responsible to:

• Injure people or damage property,
• Harm the environment,
• Waste resources,
• Cause any other form of loss.

Therefore to actively achieve environmental performance consistent with this policy, the organisation will:

• Participate enthusiastically in the implementation of this policy,
• Comply with all applicable environmental laws, regulations, policies and standards which relate to its activities and services,
• Actively pursue continual improvement in our environmental management system,
• Minimise environmental impact and reduce or, where possible, prevent pollution,
• Clean up any spills as per company guidelines,
• Dispose of any harmful waste in the proper manner according to the government authority, the Environmental Protection Agency Victoria (EPA VICTORIA); and
• Communicate this policy to- all personnel to the public.

Management is also committed to complying with its corporate legal obligations as outlined in the Environmental Protection Act 1970 in a professional„ open and consulting manner.
